AT&T Long Distance Service
(Also known as BellSouth Long Distance, Inc.)
NOTICE OF RECENT INCREASES FOR DISCRETIONARY FEES
Notices for Discretionary Fee increases are posted here. Discretionary Fees are fees that are designed, in a
commercially reasonable manner, to recover local, state, and/or federal charges AT&T Long Distance Service is
required to pay to governmental entities, which AT&T Long Distance Service is permitted, but not required, to
recover from customers. Notices are posted thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of the increase, when
commercially reasonable. Otherwise, notice is posted within a commercially reasonable time after AT&T Long
Distance Service receives notice of the increase from the governmental entity. (For the Federal Universal Service
Fee, notices will be posted at least three days prior to the effective date of the increase). Notices will
remain posted for 60 days after the effective date. If no notices are posted below, there have been no increases in at
least the last sixty (60) days.
